Happy2Play 9785 Posted October 12, 2017 Posted October 12, 2017 Emby won't pickup empty (New) Series folders, but put a empty Season 1 folder in there and it will appear(after library scan).

Happy2Play 9785 Posted October 12, 2017 Posted October 12, 2017 My guess then is there might be a identification same name conflict, does it appear in Metadata Manager or if you use search. If so you may have to manually add a external providerID.

Happy2Play 9785 Posted October 12, 2017 Posted October 12, 2017 Sorry I just added a folder named "Dynasty (2017)" and performed a library scan.

Happy2Play 9785 Posted October 12, 2017 Posted October 12, 2017 You will need to post a server log or look thru your server log to see if a issue can be found.

Luke 42086 Posted October 13, 2017 Posted October 13, 2017 Perhaps the scan hadn't completed yet after adding the folder. If you were to provide an emby server log we'd be happy to take a look and review. thanks.
