Restore Process and Watched Status etc

I restored my server from a backup made earlier today and now have lost all bookmarks for previously watched and resume points for TVShows. How to restore this? Thanks.

Why do you think you lost your resume points?

@@Luke, they're not showing in the "Continue Watching" section of the Emby Client we use.

How about the server log showing the restore?  Have you tried the restore process again?

I click on upcoming and get the following:

Please ensure downloading of internet metadata is enabled. (I removed the link for security purposes)

There are a couple topics on this and the issue is the url "/emby/web/".

The log wasn't attached but be sure a library scan has completed.

 

We have seen this reported a few times and it has usually meant that the items were not yet identified in the new environment so there was no way to associate the watched status.  Once the library scan completes and all items are properly identified, then the status comes back.

Yes. I hit submit before the file fully uploaded to the server. I just now modified the post and the log is there now.

Are you using a bookmark? If so remove "/emby/". Edited by Happy2Play

There is no reference to a library scan in your log.  Has one completed since the restore?

Just clicked Scan all Libraries right now. I assumed server restore would bring forth the latest library information. I must have assumed wrong.

Well that took almost four hours but it looks to have healed the problem.
