Sammy 790 Posted October 11, 2017 Posted October 11, 2017 I restored my server from a backup made earlier today and now have lost all bookmarks for previously watched and resume points for TVShows. How to restore this? Thanks.

Solution ebr 16187 Posted October 11, 2017 Solution Posted October 11, 2017 The log wasn't attached but be sure a library scan has completed. We have seen this reported a few times and it has usually meant that the items were not yet identified in the new environment so there was no way to associate the watched status. Once the library scan completes and all items are properly identified, then the status comes back. 1
