Cool development!

Just tested in The Netherlands: not yet available. But with the newly acquired availability with our neighbours (UK), I have high hopes :)

Hopefully we can now get an update to fix the issues :)

v0.109 is 2 months old.

I dare say Luke submitted an update as soon as the initial version finally fell out the other end of whatever vortex Samsung throws these things into.

(Even the BBC took months to get a fixed iPlayer app released.)

Great! Does that apply to all generations of Tizens, including 2017?

Cool, Roll it out to the Republic of Ireland while you're at it please.

Do you have a timeline when you will roll out to germany?

Not yet actually. Ireland is still in progress.

Okay, sorry, thought I saw Ireland in their message to us.

Thanks guys - tested and confirmed as working on a UE40H5500 and UE32K5500

Just reset the smarthub back to factory settings and re-installed with zero issues.

Well done guys. Any chance we can get it downunder?

Yeah would be great if this was available in Australia. Feels like I have been waiting forever :)

This is simply great...

It very much simplifies the apps use in the home (gf  / kids don't need to log into my tablet / their phone to choose media etc,).#

Installed today (17th Oct) on a 2016 9 series - Looks and performs great (I've been waiting for this since having it on the old Samsung years ago)...

One error I notice - When looking at the "Photo's" section there are no thumbnails for images, and also when you click to view an image - its size is super tiny (about 0.5cm square on the screen!!).

Hope these minor things can be sorted!

Great work.

Looking at a new TV this Christmas. This and the Android TV app will probably make the difference whether I get a Sony with ATV built in, or the Samsung with Tizen. From the research I've done, it's looking like the Samsung has the better OS. Hopefully we can get the Samsung app in Australia before then ;)

I'm kinda looking forward to having a TV with nothing connected to it. The Shield does look nice though.

I think you guys might have different model numbers up there, but I'm tossing up between these:

  • Samsung UA55MU7000WXXY
  • Sony KD55X9000E

(sorry for the off topic)
