is there the possibility to know file info?

I mean movie file dimension, video resolution, bitrate and so on?

You mean like the the info that's at the bottom of the screen on each video within the web app, or the 'stat's for nerds' menu item on every other app?

You don't have to play the movie to get that information.

the two other places the info is "available" are

 

in the nfo files - assuming you have save metadata enabled

or in the database - i would avoid the db unless you are familiar with them as its not easy to follow
