Buffering Playing mkv/H264 movies on QNAP TS-451+ and Fire TV

I've installed Emby Server 3.2.33 on my QNAP and I get frequent buffering issues (~5-6 times/ minute). My QNAP and Fire TV are both connected to same router via ethernet. I also have ffmpeg installed. I've tried watching both on my PC and on my FIreTV and get the same issue.

Let me know what other info is needed to determine issue and if there is anything I should be looking for in the log files.

I've watched several movies and they all pause after 8-10s play for a few seconds and pause again. I was using the emby application for fire tv version 1.4.51a. 

 

I've attached the excerpt of the log from before I started watching to the very end.

 

I also sent the logs using the send log button in Fire TV. I played the movies MUD and Any Given Sunday around 5:30-5:45pm MDT and sent the logs around the same time. I believe my Emby user on the local server was admin.
