adrianwi 279 Posted October 10, 2017 Posted October 10, 2017 (edited) No, it's not a post reminding everyone that tickets for EP VIII went on sale today, although they did in case you missed it! I've been tidying up the metadata for the probably unnecessary number of Star Wars films I have in my collection, and after doing so thought I would favourite just the version for each episode I'm most like to watch. Even though I've only favourited 5 (I didn't add I, II or III) it's picked up several others (I have versions from Laserdisc, Blu-ray, Depecialised and others) which I didn't favourite. I thought it might be a name thing, but even adding (version) to the title, they are still showing up. Not a biggy, but any idea how to just have 5 films shown in the favourites? ebr 16190 Posted October 10, 2017 Posted October 10, 2017 User-specific data like favorite status us tied to a global identifier for the movie. So, if two items have the same tmdb ID they will have the same user data.
adrianwi 279 Posted October 10, 2017 Author Posted October 10, 2017 Thanks for the explanation! It did seem like something a little strange was going on. I've decided to tackle this another way, having the main films in one collection and the others and extras in another collection, with none as favourites
