Record-Transcode Issues - Fixups Required

I have mentioned these points elsewhere but warrant a seperate thread to persue - a couple of issues with record transcoding.

 

1)  the Number of Threads Parameter on the transcoding page is ignored in record-tanscoding - always set to 0-AUTO.  It should honour the threads parameter or have a seperate threads parameter for record-transcoding as opposed to normal transcoding.

 

2) There is no Fallback to CPU transcoding when HA fails as per Normal transcoding

 

These two issues fixed would help system loading when record-transcoding
