servi.sys 0 Posted October 9, 2017 Posted October 9, 2017 (edited) I been testing emby server, to implement it in my wisp network, I have related to its operation, but I do not find if it has option to limit a number of devices per user, for example that user A can only access with 2 devices to same time, or that User B can only access from a device. if they can guide me, or if it is a premiere feature. Regards. Google translator Edited October 9, 2017 by servi.sys
Nisten 15 Posted October 9, 2017 Posted October 9, 2017 I want to say there's no current functionality to allow that much administration at the "device(s) per user" level Likely would be considered a feature request
randomevents 38 Posted October 10, 2017 Posted October 10, 2017 You can't set a variable number (x), but you can set specific devices.

Happy2Play 9784 Posted October 10, 2017 Posted October 10, 2017 You can? Yep, go to the user profile-Access and uncheck all devices and you will see your options. But when the server sees new devices is where you have to follow up on access. Note if user has admin then these options are hidden of course, since a admin can't be restricted.

Ah, that's why I can't see it. I'm the king of my castle I may have to experiment with a user.
