Scraping issue

Hello, I'm pretty new to MB3 Server.

 

Yesterday I had trouble scraping data for an episode of Arrow and today I am having the same issue with a movie.

 

I usually add an episode or a movie while the server is running it's detect and it get the data automatically. But yesterday it didn't work. I tried adding the imdb and tvdb id and refresh but it did nothing so I add the information on the episode manually.

Today, I am having the same issue with a movie that I added. I am not getting any information on the movie. I also tried to add the imdb id and themoviedb id and refreshing, but nothing is happening.

Is there an issue with my server or I am doing anything wrong?

for the movie that's all working here, so we'll need a detailed example and exactly what you did.

I had Despicable Me on the server. I deleted it with the delete function on the server. I copy a new version with dual audio to my unraid server. I see the movie on MB3 Server but there is no data on the movie. So I added  the imdb and themoviedb id and try to refresh, but nothing is happening. No data, no people, the image was not a poster. So I download a poster image of the movie.

Yeah, but I just saw that me download metadata and image from internet was uncheck. I just checked it and it working fine now. I really don't remember unchecking that yesterday...
