lexslimx 0 Posted October 7, 2017 Posted October 7, 2017 Hi, the windows store app doesn't show a placeholder on the currently selected item making it impossible to navigate with the keyboard/remote.
Luke 42078 Posted October 7, 2017 Posted October 7, 2017 Hi, it should be doing this. Go to app settings -> display mode. then make sure the display mode is either set to Auto or set to TV. If you set it to desktop mode then you won't get this. Please let me know if this helps. Thanks.
lexslimx 0 Posted October 7, 2017 Author Posted October 7, 2017 Ok, great! Setting the display mode to Auto fixed it. However, in this mode the screen resolution seems really low(The icons are huge on my laptop) compared to running it on desktop mode.
Luke 42078 Posted October 7, 2017 Posted October 7, 2017 Right, well TV mode is designed to be viewing it from a distance. Desktop mode is intended to be more like the web app, except with a more robust video player and other windows store features.
