Easy way to See Recently Added Episodes?

Yes @@Luke please see if you can recruit some help with getting the trakt plugin working with past watched status - it is desperately needed for both Plex movers and Cross Platform emby migrations.

Okay, so the whole issue here is the fact that there is no watched history for these items?  Because there is a Latest Shows row on the home screen and latest shows in the TV suggestions tab.

If there was more of a watch history would those latest shows sections display individual episodes instead of making me go into the entire show?

Well, possibly due to the fact that less of them would be "new and unwatched".

 

This works just like the web app.  If there is one episode, then it shows you that episode.  If more than one, then the series - which will take you right to an easy way to play the "Next Up" episode.

The episodes tab in the web app and iphone app is one of my most used tabs for Emby. Not having it on the FireTV or Samsung app completely changes how I have to view and find my TV making it much less convenient. I have a dedicated folder for newly downloaded shows that I haven't watched. But without the episodes tab it doesn't show any of the files under there unless the episode is in a folder of the shows name. Anyway to get this feature back? The last 30 doesn't work as well for me as I have so many users and I'm adding way more than 30 episodes a week for other people.
