Emby Connect for Local User

I'm a little confused about the Emby Connect option in the User setup.  I have an Emby Premiere account, which I thought was the same as Emby Connect.

 

I'd love to get the users setup so that the kids can easily connect from their mobile devices via Emby Connect.  Does that require everyone to have Emby Premiere?  Does each person need their own Emby Connect account?  I certainly don't want everyone logging into my account, I've spent a lot of time getting my stuff set up perfectly for me
