3.2.33.0 Recordings not playing in browser

Tried to play a recording from last night in Chrome and Microsoft Edge this morning and it just shows the backdrop, nothing actually plays.

 

I looked in the dashboard and it shows the video is playing and the timer is moving. 

 

I reverted back to  3.2.32.0 and the video plays fine.

 

Ive attached the logs I believe are from the failure.

They are identical, so that means it is either coincidental, or a problem introduced by a new version of a video player library we're using in the web app.

Ok. I will continue testing it out on my other server thats running.33. Ive tried multiple computers but that didnt do anything. I have also only seen this on my cable provider server and not my OTA server.
