TylerV76 84 Posted October 5, 2017 Posted October 5, 2017 Tried to play a recording from last night in Chrome and Microsoft Edge this morning and it just shows the backdrop, nothing actually plays. I looked in the dashboard and it shows the video is playing and the timer is moving. I reverted back to 3.2.32.0 and the video plays fine. Ive attached the logs I believe are from the failure. ffmpeg-transcode-e22252fc-1bfd-48b3-b755-8b3b51266371.txt server-63642796137.txt
Luke 42077 Posted October 5, 2017 Posted October 5, 2017 Can you provide a transcode log from 3.2.32? thanks.

Luke 42077 Posted October 5, 2017 Posted October 5, 2017 They are identical, so that means it is either coincidental, or a problem introduced by a new version of a video player library we're using in the web app.

I will continue testing it out on my other server thats running.33. Ive tried multiple computers but that didnt do anything. I have also only seen this on my cable provider server and not my OTA server.
