Got my new drives online and got the directories the way i want them.  Is there any reason why my TV library is not recognized?

Library Monitor: Watching does not have these two listed.  i have erased / removed / scanned / restarted numerous times.  Cant imagine the naming of the directories would be an issue...

Thanks in advance!

Why do you think they're not recognized?

These two directories are not showing up in the library monitor in the logs and get nothing back in the TV library after a scan.

Shouldn't my Q: and R: drives show up in the log?

I am not getting any TV shows showing up after a scan...

I don't think it's a good idea to look at that and assume a problem. In fact, perhaps we should just remove those log entries altogether.

can you please attach the complete emby server log?

also, are these mapped network drives?

Appreciate your time, as always!  These are not mapped drives.  Just USB externals.

Never had any issues with getting libraries recognized.  Wasn't sure in my naming conventions on these two drives were causing an issue.

Thanks Luke, will get that log in the AM!

Same thing i did 3 or 4 other times...

Deleted the library, restarted the server recreated the library scan said library.  No luck!

Did it one more time before i turned in, same steps as previous attempts, this time deciding to try the scan all option.

The scan processed all the libraries and when it hit the TV library it recognized it and is in the process of adding "new episodes".

Thanks for your time luke!  Chalk this one up to a mystery...

Normally a scan kicks off when adding or deleting libraries but without a log file there is no way to know what happened.  But glad you have it working now.
