Photos Library issue; Android\iOS, WebApp (sorta)

So I've noticed some strange and halting behaviour when you're in a Photos Library (Album\2006\20060802 Something\) and you have (photos and\or videos) AND other folders -:

Album\2006\20060802 Something\photo.jpg

Album\2006\20060802 Something\video.mp4

Album\2006\20060802 Something\Another Folder\

 

If you try to go into the folder(s)

in the mobile apps -: you get an endless rainbow circle and can't click through

in the web app -: you get an endless rainbow circle and can't click through. However if you click once the overlay pops up, it'll let you through.

 

In the theatre app (web or windows) -: click through no problem

What do you mean by let you through? Are there any errors in the browser console?
