Moving a library without losing Emby meta data

Hi, it is possible to update a library to a new base path in a way that Emby thinks it is still the same files?

 

Currently, I have a library at "/volume2/media", and I already copied it to another bigger drive "/volume4/media".

 

Most meta data (images, nfo, ..) are already stored alongside the movies, but some (as "Watched" of others than the main user) are stored in Embys system right?

 

Is there a way to change the paths and EMBY not removing and readding the movies as new ones?

No, but for movies and tv series with external identifiers such as moviedb, imdb, etc, we associate the watch data with those external id's which should allow you to move them.
