I understand that 3D is a thing of the past so there is not too much new stuff being released. But still I (and probably others) have a lot of 3D content stored away, that I´d like to watch :-). Could you please either state that emby in its current implementation IS / SHOULD BE able to play 3d as 2d (then why isn´t it working for me) or NOT (caps just for emphasis, not shouting)? In the latter case I´d have to convert / replicate my 3d library to 2d which is cumbersome and time consuming. But if that´s the case, then I can stop trying to make emby do some on the fly-conversion for me.

Hi, no, right now it is currently dependent on the playback device being able to handle the 3d content.
