I cannot play recorded series from series menu

I'm only observing this behavior on my nvidia shield. When I click the play triangle within an episode of a recorded series it does absolutely nothing. I always have to end up starting the show from the chapters. 

 

Repro:

Home page > Recorded folder > series > episode > play > Nothing happens. 

 

I can play this same episode on any other client without issue. I can start the episode and it play if I click the chapters but the triangle does nothing for me. I have about 20+ epsiodes in this recorded series that I have the most issues with.

What version of the app and what is the origin of the recording?

android tv emby 1.4.36g via nvidia shield 6.0

 

It's recording OTA antenna via HDHomeRun. It recorded numerous PBS kids show as a *.mkv. Is that what you mean by origin of the recording?

So you had recording conversion turned on for them?

 

Can you please follow the instructions for sending a log from the app when you do this?
