Ubuntu 16.04 - No longer acquiring metadata

Hi,

 

Since updating to v3.2.32.0, whenever I add a movie to my library and trigger a refresh, the file is added but it appears to no longer be pulling metadata (poster image, title information etc) from the internet, and seems to be using ffmpeg to generate a primary image. I've checked the metadata provider settings and nothing has changed prior to the update.

When I manually try and identify the file, it can be found using the GUI, but when selecting the correct match, the function above seems to run and I end up with a screenshot of the video file as the primary image:

I've not tried rolling back to previous version yet; anyone have an idea as to why this might be occuring?

This is really quite odd. Would you mind trying this again, only this time locate your server's cache folder, and first delete the following folders:

 

* httpclient

* fanart-movies

* omdb

* tmdb-movies2

 

Then please refresh the title again and attach the emby server log. thanks.

Deleted directories and attempted refresh; same outcome. I can manually add artwork to the title, but when I try a refresh it replaces the manual add with the screenshot generated by ffmpeg (not sure if this expected behaviour or not).
