Confirmed from various file managers. Stopping and starting didn't fix and to clean out cache manually

by cache you mean the partial files, right?

By cache I mean the app cache, which yes seems to contain partial files.

The trashcan icon in app, and then confirm. I only noticed from another issue ( https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/51351-large-downloads-dont-show-file-progress-but-are-downloading/ ) that the progress meter wasn't updating (status stuck at Transferring 0%), so it seemed like an error. But it was in fact downloading, which I figured from the cache contents when I went to force kill the app to see if that fixed it.
