EMBY Theater (Desktop) 2.8.6 constant MS Visual C++ installing?

I downloaded the latest setup file, at the end of extracting Package it quits with this message

 

Could not move system directory to backup

System.IO.IOExecption

Access to path C:\Users\Bart\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Theater\system refused. 

 

There is only one user on my laptop (Bart) and Im also the ower(administrator)

Make sure you don't have any of those folders open in windows explorer. if the issue persists, reboot your machine and try again. thanks.

Problem solved after I first rebooted the laptop
