Refresh Rate Changer???

Can someone recommend a auto refresh changer for MBT. On my HTPC most content is 29/59hz but of course BluRay's content is mostly 23/24/hz. And one more thing i do use bitstreaming for audio over HDMI to my AVR.

I mention that as I have seen some have problems with bitstreaming audio.

Madvr can do it (although I cannot get it to work smoothly at this point, plays fine in mpc-hc and i dont need exclusive mode in mpc-hc either, but i think optimization will just take time), i hope we see a built in solution eventually as well, pretty important feature, not everyone can or will want to use madvr though.

@@Luke - I actually built a class to do this for MBC but it won't work there.  Probably will for MBT though so let me know if you want it.

Madvr works good for this you just need to put in the resolutions to change to and from, like 1080p23 and 1080p60. Though this only seems to work for blurays, not dvds with refresh rates of 23.976 or 29.970(think this is the other one)

 

for 23.976 you would need to select 1080p23. Some graphics chips can't calculate 23.976 correctly. Radeon seems to be the only one to do it to near perfection. ReClock will help bring it the rest of the way.
