The Good Doctor failed to record (I think)

1. Noticed transcoding errors (lots of 6 KB files).  Codec missing.

2. Asked user about it, she was trying to play it on her Surface 2 repeatedly.

3. She tried playing it on SHIELD, "too many errors."

4. Checked TS file, 0 bytes.

5. Got logs from when it was supposed to record (9/25 I think 9-10pm).

 

Attached the above stuff...would be nice if caught this error so it would blatantly declare the TS file FUBAR to trigger an immediate investigation (hence attached transcode files).  Ehm, Emby Server should verify the file is at least >0 bytes before it attempts to do anything with it.

 

I also attached a remux that was going on at the same time.  Don't know if it is relevent but attached anyway for posterity.

 

The Good Doctor is the program name.  Don't remember the episode.  It was supposed to be the premier episode so shouldn't be hard to track down.
