iamspartacus 40 Posted September 24, 2017 Posted September 24, 2017 (edited) I just setup my first Emby server last night and added my Movies library. I have 2228 movies so I figured I'd let it run overnight and by the morning all the metadata should be complete. What's strange is that the first 3 pages of movies (so 1-300) have no movie posters downloaded and thus not displayed. Movies 301-2228 all have movie posters. If I click on the movies without posters I see all the other relevant metadata is there. But when I go to images, there are no movie posters in there. I've run a rescan of the library metadata multiple including checking off the "replace images" option to no avail. If I go into each individual movie and edit the images, I can manually download the post by clicking search but I have no desire to do that for 300 movies. For reference I have TheMovieDB listed above The Open Movie DB for both Metadata and Images. Edited September 24, 2017 by iamspartacus
ebr 16199 Posted September 24, 2017 Posted September 24, 2017 Hi. We would need to see a server log from when you try to refresh one of the items without a poster. How to Report a Problem
iamspartacus 40 Posted September 24, 2017 Author Posted September 24, 2017 Hi. We would need to see a server log from when you try to refresh one of the items without a poster. How to Report a Problem Thanks. Right now I'm scanning a newly setup TV library. Once that is done, I will reboot, rescan a single item, and then post the log. On a related note, do you know how/where I can change the location of where my logs get stored?

There is currently no option to change the log ;location.
