Intel Quick Sync not working

I have reverted to installing Emby on my Intel NUC which in the past worked great with HW accel using quick sync. However the current version of emby HW accel fails and reverts to SW transcode.

Update: With a bit of research I think it is an issue with ffmpeg. I reverted to ffmpeg 3.2 and  it is now working
