User Pictures are lost after install v. 3.2.31.0

Hi,

after the update to 3.2.31.0 all user images are lost.

The user can not set new images in their profile.

If the user is no administrator the profile shows no entries to add a picture.

If I give admin right the profile shows the controlls but a endless spinning wheel is shown and no imgage uploaded.
