andersonrs45 3 Posted September 20, 2017 Posted September 20, 2017 Hello. I recently installed Hamachi on my computer, and now it no longer detects LAN IP. Only the external IP is displayed. Because of this problem, my users are unable to connect to my server. Any solutions to this?

andersonrs45 3 Posted September 21, 2017 Author Posted September 21, 2017 I managed to solve the problem by changing Emby's port, from 8096 to 8097, and changing back to 8096. And the IP LAN came back
Luke 42083 Posted September 21, 2017 Posted September 21, 2017 Occasionally this will happen on some systems with certain network configurations. However, just to correct your earlier statement, this will never prevent you from connecting from other devices because you can always enter the address manually (if you know it), rather than relying on the server detected address. thanks !
andersonrs45 3 Posted September 21, 2017 Author Posted September 21, 2017 Honestly, I do not even know how I was able to detect IP again. But what I do know is that, first, Emby detected Hamachi's IP, and after that it did not work anymore. Now that I've uninstalled Hamachi to prevent this type of problem from coming back. Thanks a lot for the help
andersonrs45 3 Posted September 21, 2017 Author Posted September 21, 2017 (edited) Until last night, everything was normalized. Now the problem, unfortunately, has returned. Even manually typing the IP LAN Edited September 21, 2017 by andersonrs45

andersonrs45 3 Posted September 21, 2017 Author Posted September 21, 2017 (edited) How do I find this IP without seeing it in the Emby server control panel? I use Windows 10 Edited September 21, 2017 by andersonrs45
Luke 42083 Posted September 21, 2017 Posted September 21, 2017 in windows if you open a command prompt and enter ipconfig /all this will show all network adapters and their ip addresses.
andersonrs45 3 Posted September 21, 2017 Author Posted September 21, 2017 Is this what I highlighted in red? IPV4 Adress 192.168.0.2 (preferred)
andersonrs45 3 Posted September 21, 2017 Author Posted September 21, 2017 If it is, I tried to access it by 192.168.0.2:8096. But unfortunately, the problem persists. I believe there may be some problem related to network adapters in my Windows 10. But I have no idea how to solve this.
