Replacement films not showing on the server

Hi

 

I have been updating my library and replacing some films with x265 that were previously x264. When i check the server many have not changed and show the movie with the old file name and then errors when trying to play. 

 

I have tried 'refresh metadata' and doing library scan but doesn't seem to work. The library is also set to real time monitor.

 

Any advice would be very helpful

Are you sure you ran a full library scan? that doesn't sound right. where are you seeing the old path?

Ran a scan from scheduled activities. Is that a full scan? See the old path in the movie view at the bottom near the mediainfo.

Also some seem to acknowledge the change showing a new path, keeping the metadata apart from name and poster. Seems very odd

Can you run a library scan and then attach the server log once it finishes? you can learn how to do that here:
