Stubborn artwork on a handful of tittles.

Hello there is 10 or so movies that artwork will not download for. Beauty and the Beast 2017 is one of them Doctor Strange is another. Everything looks correct in metadata manager with the correct imdb and tmdb id numbers. I am running the stable server  Version 3.2.30.0. If I manually go in and select refresh artwork and replace all existing pictures it says queued then nothing happens, a couple days later and it remains as it is with a screenshot of the film for artwork. Help appreciated.

@@bluc that doesn't make any sense. we don't have an imdb option. can you show a screenshot? that will be easier. thanks.
