iOS app slow

Hi,

 

I am new with Emby. I installed the server at my synology DS216 NAS.

When I play at my Samsung smart TV everything is working fine.

Except the subtitles are not correct sometimes but that is another issue.

 

But when I play at my iPhone or iPad it keeps loading.

Sometimes the movie will play after loading, but sometimes it just keeps loading.

I tried to set transcoding off, but no difference.

 

Al the files ar .mkv.
