I have one movie, that has been identified as a video(the only way i found it was to search, i currently don't have any "video" types).  I can't seem to move it to the movies collection.  When I edit the metadata it's all right.  It's currently in a library that only has movies.  How can I edit it to move from "Video" to "Movies"

Thanks

Why do you think this is the case?

Sorry I don't understand the question?  Why do I think the Movie should be in Movies, and not Video?

Okay I just did the same and "Video" is actually a Trailer.

When you click on it, it opens a trailer from the Trailer plugin correct.

Should that say Trailers instead of Videos\?  Or should other stuff appear there?

Your right, I just tried to play it, it played the trailer, not the movie. hmm so why isn't the movie showing up.  I've ran scan library, refresh metadata, no errors.

Looking at your screenshot did it get mis-identified as you have two 2011 copies.

no one copy is a 3D version, iso, and one is normal just tested to make sure.

What is your folder structure for that collection?  Do you have a collection.xml in that collection?

Yes, I did have a collection.xml, just for a test i moved it out of that and re scanned now it works.  Wonder why it wouldn't detected it under collections   j\movies\ Pirates [boxset]\movie name\move.mkv
