EVERY poster image being removed whenever Media scan is done

Whenever Emby completes a Media Scan, no matter which option is selected from the metadata drop down.

ALL my poster images of EVERY movie I have is replace with a generic screen grab of that movie.

 

I've turned off auto scan, and everything to do with the broken metadata scrapper on the emby server, and they are still being replaced.  

This is getting old having to replace the original posters every once in awhile, just to have them removed again.

Hello,

 

The supporting image files are stored in the same folder as the movies.

The Emby Server is running off of a separate physical c:\, and the files are pointed to a separate RAID-6 array d:\ on the same server.
