gold1 3 Posted September 13, 2017 Posted September 13, 2017 (edited) ET for Windows 1.1.156 Server: 3.2.30 Separate Machines Hi, I couldn't find where the log files are placed on my system (i checked appdata), but the subject tells the problem. The workflow is: Select My Downloads -> Select TV (by the way, this should probably be at the top of that screen) -> Select a Show -> Select a Season -> Screen briefly appears and then the app crashes. When connected to the server, the app works perfectly. Separately, I notice that when a season is deleted from a show, the show loses the automatic download settings. Also, there's no ability to remove a download directly from the movie info screen. Let me know where I can find the logs, and I'll upload them. Thanks. Edited September 13, 2017 by gold1
Luke 42078 Posted September 15, 2017 Posted September 15, 2017 Hi @@gold1, when did you first create the download? i'm not able to reproduce this crash (with server off). Thanks !
gold1 3 Posted September 15, 2017 Author Posted September 15, 2017 (edited) I'm not sure, but I believe they were all within the last several days. This happens on multiple shows. If you want to let me know where I can find the logs, I'll upload them. Edited September 15, 2017 by gold1
gold1 3 Posted September 18, 2017 Author Posted September 18, 2017 I've also noticed that when offline, if I press "play all" on a TV show, it plays a movie instead. No matter which TV show I try, it always plays the same movie. Workflow: Server: Select My Downloads Select TV Select a Show Select Play All
gold1 3 Posted September 21, 2017 Author Posted September 21, 2017 I just tried uninstalling and a fresh install (from the Windows App store). Still getting the same problem.
