rikiwi 32 Posted September 13, 2017 Posted September 13, 2017 In the last few days I have noticed that using my mouse to select the library items at the top of the home screen is no longer possible. I have to make my selections by using the arrow keys on my keyboard. The selected item turns green and I'm able to make my selection. This is inconvenient as I never have a keyboard in my lounge. My mouse is able to select any other items. I have the latest version - 2.8.3 and the latest Beta version of the server. I have not made any changes to Emby.
Guest asrequested Posted September 13, 2017 Posted September 13, 2017 Do you mean, this? https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/50802-header-click-zone-is-too-small/
arrbee99 1815 Posted September 13, 2017 Posted September 13, 2017 Yep, seems familiar. Kind of half a text row too low, if you see what I mean.
rikiwi 32 Posted September 13, 2017 Posted September 13, 2017 That's what I was getting last week and but now no selections are possible. The text does not change no matter where I move my mouse cursor. Glad I'm not going insane [emoji4] Sent from my D6653 using Tapatalk
rikiwi 32 Posted September 13, 2017 Posted September 13, 2017 I've just been updating my wife's laptop and see that ET was updated from version 2.8.1 to 2.8.3. Prior to updating, her ET was functioning perfectly, but now it has the same problem as my PC. So something changed with the update. Hope this helps.
mentasm 43 Posted September 13, 2017 Posted September 13, 2017 I've been noticing similar. I basically have to click on the non visual underline for the library to be selected. When I click the underline becomes visual
rikiwi 32 Posted September 13, 2017 Posted September 13, 2017 I just tested this again with the ET update to version 2.8.4 No change , still the same. I'll just have to be patient.
rikiwi 32 Posted September 15, 2017 Posted September 15, 2017 All good here too - Thanks so much Luke. As always, very much appreciated.
