I was away from home today and tried to use the Emby app on my phone, no luck, would not connect. Home now and doing some testing. Using my cell phone with WiFi disconnected, using cellular data, to test. I can connect using my Chrome browser on my Android phone using the WAN address, but not the Emby app. It used to work, I rebooted the server device, but that still not help. clarkss12 304 Posted September 12, 2017 Author Posted September 12, 2017 I am testing it now, when I open the app with WiFi disconnected and using my cellular data, it comes to the "select Server" screen. It shows all my servers on my home network.

Only thing I did was reboot my server about an hour earlier.......... strange....... It is doing a lot of buffering though.
Luke 42087 Posted September 12, 2017 Posted September 12, 2017 It always tries the local connection first. Perhaps you just weren't' patient enough the first time? It can take a good 20 seconds to time out sometimes, and then move along to the remote address.
