The apps are going to attempt to display the images as uniformly as possible. If you have a bunch of images with slightly different aspects, then this is going to happen. The way to "fix" it would be to ensure some degree of uniformity to the source images. When using the normal providers, this is usually not a problem as they enforce some standards usually.
blgentry 51 Posted October 6, 2023 Posted October 6, 2023 Please see my post here which shows that different Cover Art Treatments squash the aspect. I'm using "preserve aspect ratio". I'll double check my client at home in a few hours and see if it is also squashing the "regular case" treatment as I think I remember. I'm dead certain that the side cases squash the aspect on all the platforms I've tested, including web. Thanks, Brian.

Note that in the example above (with Cover Art Cases), the art is 2000 x 3000, so exactly 2x3 aspect ratio. Thanks, Brian.
