cappa.dot 1 Posted September 10, 2017 Posted September 10, 2017 I have a strange problem since I've recently moved house and moved from the VM super hub to the BT Smart Hub 6. All audio and video equipment remain the same although I have just performed the recent update on my DS415Ply to the latest version of Emby. WHAT WORKS: When my TV start up (or I pull out the ethernet to kick the DHCP in again) I can 'Play to' in Emby from the web browser and IOS fine. The Panasonic TV can also always access the content through its own browser. WHAT DOESNT: After a short period of time the TV and Denon amp drop out of the 'play to' menu and I can send media to them again until i pull out the ethernet or turn off the TV for example. While they are missing form the menu I am still able to use the TV to access online content and the emby media through it's own menu. This can be very fustrating as most of the video I like to view on my phone and then push to thte TV but I can't connect after they drop out. I have tried everything on my network such as: adding a gigabit swithc inthe mix to try and keep things alive, swithcing everything over to wifi, changing cables, caging DHCP to static, changing the Emby ping intervals to keep alive and rescan for clients: changed router configs such as UPNP and firewalls etc. the list goes on but I can't find the reason why after a short period of time the menu strips back to "My Device" only on the iPhone. It could be the latest update as it is the only thing I can't test. Can anyone help because it is driving me mad.

cappa.dot 1 Posted September 11, 2017 Author Posted September 11, 2017 Thank you for the reply Luke. Been using the platform for many years (MB and WMC) and this is the first headache I've had from it
