unibeta 7 Posted September 10, 2017 Posted September 10, 2017 I have installed a test installation with Emby for Kodi on Libreelec with Kodi 17.4. When the system starts up, the Vu+Plugin can't be loaded, without Emby-Plugin it will start properly. The Vu+ plugin works if you disable and reactivate it later, only at system startup it doesn't work if the emby plugin is active. Log-File in the Attachment. Is there a workaround for this Or is this a conflict with the VU+ Plugin on the Emby Server? Greeting unibeta kodi.log
Angelblue05 4132 Posted September 10, 2017 Posted September 10, 2017 There's no errors with Emby for Kodi. However it seems when Vu tries to connect to whatever address, it times out according to your log. You could try delaying Emby for Kodi at startup by a few seconds to see if it helps any. In the add-on settings > advanced > startup delay
unibeta 7 Posted September 10, 2017 Author Posted September 10, 2017 Unfortunately, the delay did not help.Is there a possibility to automatically restart the VU+ plugin in the form of a delayed batch.Couldn't find anything suitable with the search. If I disable it manually and reactivate it, it will run. (I know this is not support for VU+...... :-) )
unibeta 7 Posted September 10, 2017 Author Posted September 10, 2017 Joy, I have found the solution. The fresh installation was apparently too quick to boot.Libreelec has a setting to delay the code start until the network is ready, this has helped. If anyone else is looking for it: Libreelec settings -> Network -> Advanced Network Settings -> Wait for network before starting Kodi 1
