zion2k 0 Posted September 10, 2017 Posted September 10, 2017 Hello, I'm thinking of setting up a emby server on my 24/7 server. A lot of my media is on this server and everything new will also go there. My TV archive (and some other stuff) is on a NAS which is not running 24/7. If I configure my TV library so that it has both path, the local one and the remote (NAS) one, how does emby handle the files if the NAS is offline? Are the TV series still shown in the library if the source is offline or do they disappear until the NAS comes back online? I think it would be pretty annoying if a user tries to access these files and everything is offline. I just try to figure out how to setup the 24/7 server with a temp. online archive NAS. So that the users don't get distracted by all the offline files. Any idea?
