How to sort the contents of a collection.

I have created a few special collections and most are pretty small, less than 20 items, but one is about 500 movies in size.

 

All the small collections are sorting fine but the large one seems to be sorted randomly,

They are not in alphabetical order by any field but rather the movies see sorted by release date. While this is fine for many/most collections this one needs to be sorted alphabetically.

 

Is there any way to accomplish what I want?

You can only sort by Sort name or Release date.  So you nave to modify sort name for each item to get the order you want.

Thank you very much. I really appreciate the patient answers you have given me on this and other things.

 

BTW: Just as a point of info I am moving to Emby from Plex where I have been a user since practically the beginning. 

 

Plex has just become too arrogant for my tastes hence the move. Although I am I guess a pretty advanced Plex user I am quite new to Emby and things are quite different in Emby.
