Tv Shows not recording

Cosby isn't recording!?!?!?!

I've been recording Cosby which airs 4 times a day on one channel.  I use MCEBuddy to remove commercials and re-encode.  Then the file is moved to my library.

So Emby puts the recording into "Recorded Series"  then MCEBuddy picks it up and places it's output to "Re-encoded Series".  Emby scans "Re-encoded Series" and includes it into it's library.

Recently I removed several episodes because of poor reception or bad encodes.  Emby is still being told to record every Ep of Cosby whether it's already in the library or not.  So Why is Emby only recording 1 of 5 Ep's?   They are listed in the schedule with white dots, not red dots.

I've checked and don't see any conflicts.  The log shows that Timers are set.  What can I do?

hi, can you show a screenshot of the series recording page? thanks.

when did you create the series recording?

Oh, sorry that is so ugly.

I had the "do not record" ep's already in my library checked.  But I unchecked that.  And re-scanned my library after removing the bad Ep's.  If I go to the guide I can manually record them because there are no conflicts.

as a test, can you try deleting the series recording and then setting it back up? thanks.

Sure.....But I don't know how often my timers update.   I never set anything up.

Wow...that totally set them all up.

If I knew more about the inner workings I probably would have figured that out.   Sadly, the older I get, the harder it is for me to learn new things.  :(

Thanks.  :)

FYI that is normal for png uploaded images, you won't have that issue with jpg images.

It may have been due to data changes that have occurred with Emby Server releases, causing some kind of issue with the recording. that's why i asked you to create a new one.

Thanks for the feedback.
