Have movies that at times will have no audio on a roku playing across the internet. The movies play fine on the local network. Allegiant 2016.mkv is one of them

There was no playback in the log you sent.

 

What is the audio track that is selected?

 

What is the audio setting on the Roku itself and what kind of equipment is the Roku hooked to and how?

 

It sounds kinda like you are playing a DD track and the Roku is set to output DD but the receiving equipment cannot decode it.

And does the TV support Dolby Digital audio on that input?

 

You may need to set the Roku to stereo audio output.
