Add Ms Windows share as Emby Library

Hello,

 

I try to add a windows share on MS Home server 2011 as library on emby.

I create a user emby and root (cause i have 2 process runing emby) and give them full access to the win share.

I still can't ad the lib any idea ?

Hi.  We need a little more information about exactly what you are doing.  Is your Emby server not running on Windows?  If not, you need to make the share available to the OS running the server first (which sometimes means mounting it separately in the OS).  If everything is Windows then you just use the UNC path but, again, you need to be sure that the user/process running Emby can see the share.
