License of moved plugins

I noticed a number of plugins have been moved out of the MIT licensed plugins repo.

https://github.com/MediaBrowser/Emby.FolderSync

Are they still licensed under the MIT license?

 

EDIT: I understand ebr clarified that anything listed without a license is covered under copyright. Just curious if the MIT license was forgotten when moved to a separate repo.

They can't change the license on the code without getting approval from the original people who contributed and it can legally be forked.
