Why is there no "Best Answer" button on "Developer API"?

sorry if this is the wrong place, I haven't found a better one.

 

Is there any reason for the "Developer API" subsection not having a "Best answer" button?

Best guess would be because it is in Knowledge Base section.

But then the Knowledge Base should be a source of wisdom and not include a pool of unqualified questions, shouldn't it?
