get runtime from providers if needed

hey,

as one of those guys having only strm files in their Emby database, which Emby naturally can't scan for the runtime, I'd love to see if this information would be scraped from OMDB/TheMovieDB etc. if needed.

So simply check if the file is a strm file and if yes, get the runtime from scraper should do the trick.
