Log refresh issues in 3.2.28

I reported the following buried in some other post I can no longer find:

 

Beginning with v3.2.28 (or 3.2.27 which i did not test), I can no longer hit reload in the chrome browser to refresh the current log displayed in a tab. Someone pointed me to suing ctrl+f5 on chrome and that works. I would argue clicking "reload" should do the job because who knows those keyboard shortcuts.

 

I found the same problem in firefox. Do not know the force reload key combination on this browser.

 

Finally I noticed that the log clicked in the emby web interface gets a dark highlight that does not disappear until the web interface is reloaded in the browser.
