Any reason for me to upgrade my legacy HDHR3 units?

 

I'm tempted for the simple fact that you can manage channels a bit better on the new ones. 

 

Will I see any change in streaming or efficiency?

The software is what manages all of that, so I have to believe that newer models will have more support.
