dcrdev 255 Posted August 23, 2017 Posted August 23, 2017 This is more of a bug fix than a feature request - so not sure where to put it. Could you add a small css tweak that prevents the video player being selectable? Due to the small dimensions of a phone screen I frequently find myself in a situation where the screen becomes selected i.e. highlighted with a copy/paste dialogue. It's also very difficult to unselect the screen when this happens. I believe the css property you'd want to utilise for iOS is: -webkit-touch-callout: none; ^ That'll also stop the annoying side effect that makes the screen momentarily flash every time you touch it anywhere in the app. Also FYI - the new light themes for iOS looks superb! Thanks
Luke 42077 Posted August 30, 2017 Posted August 30, 2017 Hi @@dcrdev, thanks for the feedback. I'll test this out.
dcrdev 255 Posted November 24, 2017 Author Posted November 24, 2017 Any update on this? I know it's only a small thing, but it just bugs me everytime I accidentally touch the screen. When iPhone X support comes, this will become even more annoying because the whole phone is a screen lol.
Luke 42077 Posted November 24, 2017 Posted November 24, 2017 I already added something for this, just in a different way, what area is this happening in? I don't recall if it's in the current store version though because the store version is almost 2 months old now.
dcrdev 255 Posted November 24, 2017 Author Posted November 24, 2017 Every area - be it the library or video player. Any idea which version it was implemented in? I'm on the latest (stable that is) .
dcrdev 255 Posted December 10, 2017 Author Posted December 10, 2017 Still happens on the new version FYI
Luke 42077 Posted December 14, 2017 Posted December 14, 2017 it's resolved for the next release of the app, thanks.
Luke 42077 Posted December 22, 2017 Posted December 22, 2017 1.4.6 is rolling out with this change, thanks.
dcrdev 255 Posted December 22, 2017 Author Posted December 22, 2017 Sorry to report it hasn't worked - no improvement on this front. Separately though the iPhone X home bar is now hiding, which is good.
