drashna 47 Posted August 23, 2017 Posted August 23, 2017 Wasn't sure where to post this, other than "here". Periodically, the CoverArt plugin just stops working. It's enabled and shows up, but it stops providing the "treatments" to the artwork. Uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin fixes it for a while, but sooner or later, the issue returns. And when this happens, if you head to the configuration (settings->profile->default->Treatments), the images don't show up and I see "preview" text. If you right click on the text and select "open image in new tab", that tab responds with "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." server logs.zip
Luke 42085 Posted August 23, 2017 Posted August 23, 2017 Can you please discuss specific examples? thanks.
drashna 47 Posted August 23, 2017 Author Posted August 23, 2017 He're a good sample. You can see one episode with it properly applied, and the rest don't. From the series The Mist, in case it matters. And you can see the profile, where it's not showing the sample:
Luke 42085 Posted August 24, 2017 Posted August 24, 2017 Unrelated but your camera uploads from android are failing because emby server does not have write access to your configured destination folder Program data path: C:\Users\xbmc\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server Application directory: C:\Users\xbmc\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\System System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path '\\10.10.0.1\Shared Folders\Pictures\HTC One M9\Instagram' is denied. at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath) at System.IO.Directory.InternalCreateDirectory(String fullPath, String path, Object dirSecurityObj, Boolean checkHost)
drashna 47 Posted September 21, 2017 Author Posted September 21, 2017 I'd ... missed the notification on this. For the camera upload folder, I believe that was due to an intermittent storage issue (which is now fixed). But the issue was still occurring on 3.2.30.0, and CoverArt version 4.0.53
Happy2Play 9783 Posted September 21, 2017 Posted September 21, 2017 And if you update to 3.2.31.0 and CA 4.0.55 do you have the same issue?
drashna 47 Posted September 21, 2017 Author Posted September 21, 2017 (edited) Updated to both today, so I'm not sure yet. It doesn't happen right away, and doesn't seem to be triggered by any specific behavior. So it's a PITA to tell, because I have to just sit and wait (either looking for new content that's not properly "treated", or ... check every 5 minutes). Edited September 21, 2017 by drashna
